The current general computational antibody design method starts with the modeling of antibodies and antibody-antigen complexes. We select antibody sequences for antigen binding experiments, for example, bind to soluble antigens or antigens expressed by cells, and further optimize conjugates through affinity maturation methods. However, this method usually requires modeling the entire structure, which requires a lot of calculations and takes a long time.
